Successful Building Lease Out - In 2022, Pierce Conway was assigned to represent Montclair developer Willow Street Partners with the help of Karin Diana and Kristin Ehrgott. The task was to lease out 17 apartments at the brand new Glen Willow Lofts. Marketing of the property started in Fall of 2022, and 50% of units were rented within 3 weeks. After weathering some construction delays, full occupancy was achieved by May of 2023. Pierce and his team achieved an impressive $45/square foot average.

Chicago to Montclair to Little Falls - In 2022, Pierce was introduced to a family looking to relocate from the suburbs of Chicago to Montclair to be closer to grandchildren in Manhattan. The original plan was to rent for one year and then buy their next "forever home" - and that is exactly what happened. Navigating the competitive COVID fueled market, the Sloane family flew back and forth each month to look at properties. Pierce found them a nice home on Watchung Ave to rent, and then a darling Cape Cod style home in Little Falls less than a year later. Mission accomplished!

Family friends to Investment Partners!  - In 2019, a long time family friend of Pierce approached him about investing in real estate, both for passive income, and for a primary residence. Fast forward to 2021, they found a single family home in Montclair that was sitting on the market. They bought it and then immediately renovated the kitchen and bathrooms to rent the home out. They cashflow over $800/month on that house, and the value has jumped 40% since purchase. After that, Pierce helped her buy a condo in Bloomfield - beating out 13 other offers - that she ultimately sold 1 year later for $90,000 more than what she bought it for! Opportunity requires taking action!
